* Please note that we are currently not accepting applications for LLC Transfers of any kind and we are only accepting applications for Transfers into a Trust, if the client already owns the property. * The purpose of this form is to notify the appropriate county that the current owner of a property is deceased. This form may be needed if you are inheriting a property and want to avoid the property going to probate, or if you need to show that there is one less person with ownership interest in the property. This form will only work if the person that is deceased held title in a trust or as Joint Tenancy. We will need an original certificate of death to submit with the paperwork.
